This first year of ministry is going to involve a tremendous amount of flexibility as we discover what God has instore for us. As we embark on this new ministry, we are focusing on 3 primary areas of helping church plants. We have no doubt that we will be adjusting and adding areas of focus as time goes on.
Communication – External
We want to help church planters with communicating their mission with their local community. This includes creating/updating a website, logos, or photography of staff and facilities.
Communication – Internal
We want to provide help with church facility projects that will help make the church or more welcoming place to visitors. This could include general painting or making childcare spaces more inviting. Additionally, we can paint wall murals that could include church logos, scripture, or other custom designs.
Large Project Facilitation
Partnering with our local church family and other churches, we want to assist with larger facility projects that will require dedicated teams. Our goal would be to ensure all of the needed information, tools, and materials are ready for the incoming work team to ensure the most efficient use of their time on site.
Additional Goals
In addition to our primary focuses above, we ultimately want to encourage church planters and their families. We understand the high demand nature of church planting and we want to help ease some of that during our stay. Examples of this could include assisting in childcare during services, preparing a homemade meal, or babysitting.
